At Infinite Futures, we believe AI can be a helpful tool when used narrowly and responsibly. For example, we support students who want to use AI for brainstorming and preliminary organization. However, we do not believe in using AI for essay writing or editing, as we consider this both unethical and inconsistent with the policies of most admissions offices nationwide.
All college list guidance, strategy recommendations, and editing services provided by Infinite Futures are completed by real College Advisors and Former Admissions Officers. AI never replaces human judgment, personalized insight, or our commitment to ethical, student-centered support.
Yes. Infinite Futures offers meet-and-greet sessions with available College Advisors so students and families can find the right fit. We believe a strong advising relationship starts with trust and connection, and that begins on day one.

At Infinite Futures, we believe in writing early and often. Our team members serve as thought partners for students, using a structured curriculum to support brainstorming, identify strong potential topics, and develop clear outlines. Once a student completes a draft, we guide them through the editing and revision process to strengthen clarity, voice, and impact. We never write essays for students.
For students in grades 8 through 11, writing is a core part of the Infinite Futures curriculum. These students receive structured guided journal prompts as a regular and consistent component of their meetings, helping them build strong ideas and an authentic voice over time.
At Infinite Futures, we believe college advising should be about more than just outcomes. Starting earlier means building skills, confidence, and self-awareness along the way. We prioritize mentorship and provide families with a trusted, expert perspective to help guide the many decisions students make throughout high school.
Starting earlier allows us to thoughtfully shape a student’s academic and extracurricular experiences around their individual interests and strengths. For most students, beginning in grade 11 or 12 leaves significantly less time to implement a cohesive, intentional strategy.
Absolutely not. It is never our intention to replace or go against a student’s high school counselor. Instead, our goal is to complement their guidance and provide additional time, perspective, and support that students may not always receive in school due to large caseloads and additional administrative responsibilities.
Members of the Infinite Futures team have worked in high school counseling offices, and we have the utmost respect for the important work counselors do in supporting students and families. We are always excited and willing to partner with high school counseling teams to provide additional support or application review services.
Our Foundations and Comprehensive Packages focus on building the core skills students need to succeed in high school, college, and beyond. These include writing, speaking, listening, storytelling, critical thinking, and problem solving, as well as cultivating gratitude, community engagement, academic curiosity, and a strong sense of purpose. Over time, students will develop practical skills such as conducting research on different higher education institutions, interviewing, and communicating thoughtfully with adults and mentors.
Infinite Futures offers optional support for test preparation and can connect families with tutors when appropriate. While we do not provide day-to-day executive functioning support, we can refer families to trusted partners.
Through our partnership with MaiaLearning, Infinite Futures has access to over one million student data points, including academic and testing metrics as well as application outcomes. We pair this data with real-world college admissions and advising experience to inform thoughtful college list development and student strategy.
Families also receive access to extensive college and career data through the MaiaLearning platform from day one, ensuring transparency and shared understanding throughout the advising process.
At Infinite Futures, Former Admissions Officers (FAOs) work collaboratively with our College Advisors on a daily basis. FAOs and College Advisors communicate each workday and meet at least twice per week to discuss student strategy, family questions, and evolving admissions trends. As families meet regularly with their assigned College Advisor, all major decisions are shaped with FAO input and approval. If a family has a question for an FAO, they will receive a timely and thoughtful response.
Depending on a family’s advising package, students may meet directly with a Former Admissions Officer in grade 10 and/or grade 11. FAOs review all grade 11 student profiles using our proprietary Preparedness Rubric and also review grade 10 students in the Comprehensive Package. FAO involvement increases significantly in grade 11 as college lists and application strategies are finalized, and FAOs play a central role in the essay review and editing process.
Infinite Futures is a company built by educators. We prioritize real-world expertise, ethical guidance, and a student-centered philosophy. Every member of our team has at least five years of direct experience in college admissions or advising, and our work is grounded in firsthand knowledge of how decisions are made inside admissions offices.
We prioritize the student experience and long-term skill-building alongside admissions outcomes. Our College Advisors work collaboratively with full-time Former Admissions Officers (FAOs), meeting at least twice per week to discuss student strategy and ensure thoughtful, well-informed guidance. Our team has collectively read tens of thousands of applications and our FAOs have served as voting members on admissions committees, giving families clear insight into what colleges are truly looking for.
Infinite Futures is an exclusive partner of MaiaLearning, which we use to deliver our curriculum, manage application materials, and communicate with families. Students and parents each have their own MaiaLearning portal, and families have access from day one to college and career data as well as student metrics.
Our College Advisors and Former Admissions Officers spent more than a year developing a comprehensive curriculum for our students, covering everything from activities to essay development to interviewing. Our Former Admissions Officers have also created a proprietary Preparedness Rubric based on their reading and committee experience at highly selective and Ivy League institutions. At Infinite Futures, we never use AI to develop college lists, make strategy recommendations, or edit application materials.
Finally, our team includes specialists across a wide range of student populations and pathways, including Ivy League and highly selective institutions, the University of California system, science and engineering, international students, domestic students applying abroad, recruited athletes, specialized high school admissions, ROTC, transfer students, QuestBridge applicants, first-generation and low-income students, rural applicants, and more.
"I worked with Corinne on all of my college essays. She helped me apply to 13 very different schools nationwide, and I was accepted at each one. I initially worked with teachers and a few other people on essays during my Junior year. However, I switched to Corinne the summer before my Senior year. She was by far the best at providing clear direction and thoughtful edits. She was also very relatable and easy to work with. Corinne was amazing at keeping my voice and vision when helping to craft and edit my essays. She was also excellent at tailoring my writing and essays to each specific school, while making sure my voice was appropriate for the prestige of the university. I’d recommend working with her to anyone going through the college application process!"

"We’ve been working with Juliette for a little over a year. We came to Infinite Futures to get help with our son’s trajectory to university. We were not quite sure what to do as our journey to university was so long ago. Our son had a couple of B’s and we were worried that Juliette being a former FAO might have some direct and challenging feedback. We were totally wrong! Juliette is warm, supportive, articulate, and dedicated to our son’s success. She sees him for who he is, and not just his grades or test scores. Our stress around the college applications has melted away because we know we have Juliette in our corner. She goes above and beyond for us, from going over our questions about their curated curriculum, to working on personal statements, and even helping us with last minute course changes, we know Juliette is there for us. It is invaluable to have a personal advisor for this complicated US university process. Our entire family is grateful for her and the support she brings every month."

"Our experience with our counselor has been extremely positive. From the beginning, Sam has helped our son prioritize his activities and find the best opportunities to participate. He provided guidance in choosing the most relevant summer programs to apply to and offered insightful edits to our son's summer application essays and resume during his sophomore and junior years. Throughout the entire college application process in his senior year, Sam was there to guide us through every single step, patiently answering all of our questions and providing much-needed clarity during confusing times. It helped our son keep track of deadlines and stay on track. Sam’s patience, supportive nature, kindness, and thoughtful advice helped greatly in our son's college application journey, hence we are grateful for and would recommend him!"
